The updated version of Associative Network Discovery System (ANDSystem), developed for the reconstruction and analysis of molecular genetic networks based on text-mining method was presented during the BGRS'2014 conference. It was shown that ANDSystem is comparable to other well-known systems, such as STRING and Pathway Studio, and outperforms these tools in having the ability to identify an increased number of interaction types. Moreover, the use of ANDSystem, in combination with other text-mining systems, can improve the quality of the automated reconstruction of molecular and genetic networks.
