PBSoft was a main funder and organizer of the Second International School for the students and young scientists "Computational Systems Biology & Bioinformatics" along with the Bielefeld University, Institute Cytology and Genetics SB RAS and German/Russian Virtual Network of Bioinformatics.

The School took place in the Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk, Russia, 1-2 September, 2009. 

grfb 2009PBSoft took part in the German-Russian Forum Biotechnology 2009 «Perspectives of Bilateral and European Cooperation» organized by the East-West Science Centre in cooperation with the Institute of Cytology & Genetics SB RAS and the Department of Bioinformatics of the University of Bielefeld and took place in the ICG SB RAS, Novosibirsk, June 15-19, 2009.

The main aim of the German-Russian Forum was to provide participants with the opportunity to present their work to the audience with the objective to gain possible future cooperation partners as well as to establish first contacts or intensify cooperation during individual Cooperation Talks. The Forum themes included such topics as: Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology & Molecular Medicine, Nutrition & Food Biotechnology, Environment Protection, Agriculture & Forestry Biotechnology. 

PBSoft was a funder and organizer along with Bielefeld University, Institute Cytology and Genetics SB RAS and German/Russian Virtual Network of Bioinformatics of the First International school-seminar for the students and young scientists: "Computational Systems Biology & Bioinformatics".

The School took place at ICG SB RAS of the Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk, Russia.

SBGI'2008

PBSoft was the official funder of the Joint Indo-Russian Workshop that took place in the Institute of Cytology and Genetics SB RAS in Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk.

The aim of this workshop was an experience exchange and integration of the efforts between the leading Russian and Indian scientists in the area of bioinformatics, genome informatics and systems biology. The seminar was implemented within the framework of the approaches of systems biology and genome informatics for studying M. tuberculosis human immune system interactions, and the development of a new methods for the treatment.

PBSoft along with the Institute of Computational Technologies, Novosibirsk State University, HP Technology Education and Research Center and others was a co-organizer of the Third International Summer School for Young Scientists "Evolution, Systems Biology and High Performance Computing Bioinformatics" June 29-July 2, 2008. 

It was carried out in the framework of the Sixth International Conference on Bioinformatics of Genome Regular and Structure (BGRS'2008) co-event.
